 Cancellation Policy

Attention valued customer:

When reserving an appointment with a stylist, that time is reserved especially for you. We understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee

• No shows will result in a fee of 50% of reserved service total

• 15 minutes or later to your appointment will be subject to cancellation fee.
